Enjoy a Cape Cod getaway at this charming Howland Circle home, located within the Ocean Edge community in Brewster. With a flexible sleeping arrangement and mini-split A/C in both sleeping areas, this home is well suited for families or couples.
The first floor features a living room with a TV, along with a kitchen and dining area for gathering and enjoying meals. The primary bedroom is also located on the first floor and features a queen bed and mini-split A/C.
Upstairs is an **open bedroom/loft-style sleeping area** with a full-size bed and two twin beds, making it a great setup for children or additional guests. The secondary sleeping area has its own mini-split A/C, and a full bathroom is located upstairs.
Set within Ocean Edge, the property offers a great base for exploring Brewster and the surrounding Cape. Spend your days biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail, exploring the Brewster Flats, visiting Cape Cod Bay, or enjoying the shops, restaurants, and galleries along historic Route 6A.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes complimentary Xplorie activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
