Two entrances one facing The Lawrence Beer company, and other on the other side of the loft where the parking is located (West side). Walk into a full size washer/dryer near parking lot entrance. On the right is a bedroom with a king size bed and en suite full bathroom. Down the hall is another full size bathroom, and another bedroom with a queen size bed. Down the hall is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steal appliances, living room, and designated work space. Enjoy the fully stocked coffee bar. Flat screen smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms. The Lawrencian Loft is spacious, and is ground level for easy access.
