Relax in our beautifully upgraded three-bedroom home, set within approximately 7,000 m² of private terraced grounds. Enjoy lovely mountain views, landscaped gardens and inviting spaces for Mediterranean living—all within walking distance of Llíber village.
The outdoor kitchen is a highlight, featuring a pizza oven, BBQ and smoker, a serving bar with stools, and a sheltered seating area surrounded by greenery. Spend an evening making pizzas, preparing a barbecue or simply enjoying a drink together.
Inside, the home offers a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright sunroom with dining and sitting areas overlooking the garden. A separate office and dedicated yoga space make the property especially welcoming for longer stays.
Discover several inviting outdoor spaces, from the sunny courtyard to shaded seating beneath a mature tree. A covered garden lounge with wicker seating and a daybed offers a peaceful spot to read, relax or enjoy time together.
There is also a fish and frog pond below the pool which can give children hours of fun or adults a quiet contemplative place to relax away from the main house.
If you want beaches we are 20 minutes to the nearest beach. The entire coast is called the Costa Blanca. From beaches with tiny coves to beaches with long endless sandy beaches. Denia, has a fantastic children's water structure from July 1 on. There are endless fiestas that go from town to town all through the summer.
Lliber is in the Val De Pop, a large wine region with many vineyards and Bodegas. It is also the cycling capital of Spain with thousands of kilometers of safe quiet country roads. Spain's new rules make this a haven for anyone who wants to ride and feel safe at all times.
There are also hundreds of beautiful hikes, either walking right from the property or within a 20 minute drive. There is a yoga studio , Pilates studio and a number of excellent gyms to keep you fit on your holiday.
