The property has a private pool. The pool is maintained by our trusted Pool/Garden Team, who will visit every Tuesday and Thursday.
By booking this property, you consent to the Pool/Garden Team accessing the grounds to carry out pool treatment, cleaning and watering of the plants.
Please note that, in line with community rules, this property does not accept bookings for stag or hen parties.
Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 30 and above.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00
Please note, keys need to be collected from our office and returned on check-out.

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊
Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.
Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.
