Guest Access
Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire tiny home and all amenities. This includes the private deck, 4-person hot tub, fire pit, and the fully fenced 4-acre yard. Self-check-in is simple and convenient via a lockbox with a personalized code provided to you before your arrival.

Other things to note
- This cozy retreat sleeps up to 3 guests comfortably with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Traveling with a young family? We're happy to accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children for a small additional charge
— just send us a message before booking, and we'll make it work. Please keep in mind that this is a one-bathroom tiny home, so it's best suited for families who are comfortable with a cozy, intimate setup.

-PET POLICY/PET FEE

1. A $100 non-refundable “Pet Fee'' will be applied per reservation that includes up to 2 dogs. (This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog, including but not limited to: chewing, scratching, excessive cleaning, digging and unreported house training accidents.)

2. 2 dog limit, maximum weight per dog is 40 pounds.

3. Clean up after your dog, both in public areas and in the yard of the property.

4. Do not allow your dog to bark excessively or to roam onto neighboring properties.

5. If your dog has separation issues and/or is not accustomed to being left alone in unfamiliar places, please do not leave your dog unattended for long periods of time. A crate is ideal for those situations in which you must leave. You are responsible for any damages your pet causes.

6. No dogs on the furniture, including beds
