Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time charge.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



This property is on the market for sale and in-person tours may occur during your stay. We will provide at least 24 hours' notice and do our best to accommodate your schedule to minimize any disturbance. Please consider this before booking this specific property.



Roof door gets a bit sticky, back deck door handle needs to be pulled up to lock and unlock front door just use top lock, side ally keep locked.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Landscaper access to the property is required every two weeks, including while the property is occupied.



Cameras: For security purposes, this property has exterior cameras located at the front doo, side ally, backyard, back deck and roof. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.
