Charming villa in the hills, 20 km from the Adriatic Sea, nestled among olive and cherry trees with 10,000 square meters of lawn—ideal for a wonderful vacation away from the stress.
All amenities are ALL-INCLUSIVE; the outdoor gym, the two hot tubs (seating 3 and 5 people), the infrared sauna, and the HEATED pool during cooler seasons—featuring a whirlpool, salt-water purification (not chlorine), variable depths, and a kid-friendly area.
The villa, built in the 1700s, has been renovated with modern furnishings and features two non-connecting floors, both at ground level, with sleeping accommodations for 11: It features air conditioning, sun loungers, and a beach umbrella in the spacious sun deck area, as well as sofas, tables, and chairs on the porch, by the pool, and on the first-floor terrace facing the kitchen—ideal for dining outdoors in complete relaxation.
On the first floor, there is a beautiful kitchen, a living area with a large dining table, a sofa bed with a mattress and a pull-out single bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower;
On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms—one of which includes a single bed, and two of which are connecting—all with private bathrooms and access from the outside.
Surrounded by greenery, the villa is ideal for families and groups of friends seeking a relaxing vacation in complete privacy. The town of Sant’Ippolito, just a few minutes away—even on foot—offers everything you need: restaurants, bars, a bakery and pastry shop, a bank, a post office, and a supermarket 15 minutes away.
20 KM FROM THE SEA AND THE MOUNTAINS, as well as the splendid historic art cities of Gubbio and Urbino, and the seaside towns of Fano and Pesaro; 45 minutes from Rimini and Aquafan in Riccione.
The Frasassi Caves, with their stalactites and stalagmites, are a must-see, as is the Conero Park, about anhour’s drive for nature lovers, who can also explore the trails of the Gola del Furlo Nature Reserve and the Cesane di Fossombrone, just a 15-minute drive away.
