About this house rental
Located just steps from Anna Maria’s soft, sandy white beaches, this is one of two Cottage Suites we have available on the border of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria.
The location of these elevated island cottages enjoy the best of both worlds; the old-Florida small-town charm of Anna Maria, with beaches and parks from the Gulf side, across stunning Bean Point, and then along Tampa Bay to the north, and Holmes beach which features 3 miles of gorgeous beaches hugging the turquoise-blue waters of the Gulf. Each town its own has fabulous restaurants, pubs, gift shops, stores, cafe’s, bike and golf cart rentals, and convenient markets. Anna Maria island is where couples, families and friends come to make life-long memories. And being on the less-crowded, a bit more exclusive north end of the island will make your stay more relaxing, lots more fun, and amazingly memorable.
Each Cottage Suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, dinette, and living area that overlooks a deck, where morning coffee and happy hour can be enjoyed by all. There is covered parking for 2 cars per unit, and a nearby trolley stop for the free trolley that runs up and down the island, night at day. If interested in one unit, you can book. If you are interested in both units, please check with us before booking.

• All guests must sign the Owner’s reservation confirmation and agreement.
• If this site doesn’t collect a security deposit, one will be required upon booking.
• Deposits are returned in accordance with the reservation agreement post-checkout
• Pets are not allowed on furniture and cannot be left alone unless crated and they don’t bark continuously
• Minimum stay required by the municipality is 7 days
• Technically occupancy is limited to 5 guests.
• Each of the two Cottage Suites has two covered parking spaces.
• Quiet time 8 p.m to 9. a.m.
We, Michael and Kim Gilliar, have owned and managed rentals for over 20 years in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Kennebunkport Maine, Florida, Aruba, the Black Hills of South Dakota and on the boardwalk in New Jersey. We currently are real estate developers in the Pocono Mountains and love traveling to our Gulf Coast home, which is near this property in Anna Maria, and our other rentals in great vacation destinations. VRC 45112 - Sec. 4-14. - Holmes Beach has a maximum occupancy limit of 2 guests per bedroom, maximum of 2 cars per unit, and requires the following statement with all advertising; "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."
