Our place has a lovely well equipped kitchen and two new bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 6, 2 queen size beds & 2 singles. We have a lovely rear deck with bifold windows opening directly onto the kitchen. A great spot for brekkie! Heated with a wood fire, and a split system air conditioner/heater. We are an easy walk to all that Lorne has to offer. Please note a minimum stay for Easter 3 nights. Minimum stay for January 7 nights. Minimum stay for public holiday long weekends 3 nights.

The space
Our place has a beautiful light and open feel to it. Views of the ocean can be seen by day and at night the sparkling lights of Lorne. From the master bedroom the view looks one way towards the Lorne pier and the other onto the treetops of the Erskine river. We have a beautiful new fully equipped kitchen, a full European laundry and two completely renovated bathrooms as well as an outside shower to wash of the days salt and sand! Quality linen is provided. All you need to bring is your clothes & beach towel!

Please take any perishable food with you or put in rubbish bins
Rubbish bins go out Sunday night, we would be grateful if you could put them at the bottom of the driveway for collection
Please let us know if anything is broken. We understand that accidents happen!
Please let us know if there are any maintenance issues that we need to fix
Please bring your own beach towels
Please note, if you leave anything behind you can pick up from our Geelong address by arrangement with me but I won't be posting left behind goods anymore!
Our house is a beach house not a 5 star resort! Having said that I think I go above and beyond supplying the house with everything to make your stay easy. I strive to make sure it’s clean and comfortable for you. I usually clean during the week for weekend visits so occasionally bugs make their way into our house during the week. There may be sand found inside sometimes....as I said this is a beach house! There is no concierge at the house! I can be contacted for things of significance. We can not control our neighbours. They occasionally let their house out to large groups and can be loud at night. Please take note of this if it is a potential problem for you. Police can be contacted for out of hours disturbances. We do not accept schoolies bookings
