Welcome to Relais Cacace, a modern house surrounded by trees in a quiet area of Torca hamlet of Massa Lubrense, just a 10-minute walk from the center and 1 km from Sant'Agata. Here you will find an oasis of relaxation: seasonal pool (1/05-30/09), well-kept garden, furnished patio, terrace and barbecue, perfect for enjoying the coastal climate.
The apartment, on two levels, offers 80 m² of comfort: open space living area with equipped kitchen, sofa, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating. Two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom and direct access to the pool area. WiFi, washing machine and private parking space for small/medium cars.
The view of the sea, the countryside and the Li Galli Islands makes your stay even more special.
Shops, restaurants and a bus stop are just a few minutes' walk away, while beaches, trails and iconic destinations such as Sorrento and Positano are within easy reach.
Access and house rules
The access road is steep and narrow (250 m, minimum width 190 cm): small/medium cars (Fiat Panda type) are recommended. Parking: 1 private parking space is always available for small/medium cars. Alternatively, there is a public car park 300 m away.
Seasonal pool: accessible from May 1 to September 30, size 4x2 m (depth 1 m).
Non-smoking house: smoking is prohibited inside.
Noise and neighborhood: the area is quiet and residential; respect for hours of silence is required.
Additional guests: Unregistered guests or external visits are not allowed.
Linen, towels, utilities and final cleaning are included.
Pets: not allowed
Available on request (for a fee): linen change, extra cleaning, breakfast, pre-arrival shopping and transfer from/to airport (subject to availability).
Hiking trails such as Fiordo di Crapolla and Borra/Sirenuse start a few meters from the house.
City Tax: € 2,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
