Convenient location 15 minutes from downtown and just over an hour to most ski resorts. Wake up with a perfect Nespresso coffee and end the day snuggled up next to a wood burning fire with a 50 inch smart tv with livestream cable, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV and much more!
The space
With tons of natural light, this condo is like a treetop getaway, just a quick drive to both downtown Denver and the I-70 corridor leading to the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
Belmar's cute outdoor shopping area includes Target, Whole Foods, coffee shops, restaurants, and a movie theater all within walking distance.
This one bedroom one bath has an open floor plan and high ceilings with an updated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a queen memory foam bed with down comforter to sleep two comfortably. The living room features a twin size daybed with a ridiculously comfortable mattress and memory gel topper. A blowup mattress with foam egg crate and extra linens are available for an extra guest or children!
The condo also features a cozy deck with solar powered twinkle lights and a propane fireplace to enjoy our colorful Colorado nights. One parking pass included for on-site parking with plenty of street parking for guests. Door code allows self-entry and exit. Fully stocked kitchen features a dishwasher, filtered drinking water, and tankless hotwater heater for instant boiling water. Stacked washer and dryer available to freshen up your ski gear after a day on the slopes.
All electronics have been updated in the last year to include a programmable Ecobee thermostat, high speed 200 Mbps WiFi, 50 inch smart Amazon Fire TV and access to all the streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney+, Apple TV and more). Please no smoking inside or outside the property

This is a unit on the top floor and requires walking up a full set of stairs.
HOA quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. No parties or unauthorized overnight guests are allowed on this property without prior approval
