Two minutes from Levanto's train station, Maestrale Studio is the car-free base perfect for anyone wanting the Cinque Terre a short train ride away. Its strategic position makes it an ideal base for exploring the Cinque Terre without a car, blending comfort, freedom and genuine style. A small welcome kit awaits in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea and coffee. 30 sqm, second floor with lift, sleeps up to 4.



The Space:

The studio is part of Isabella Boutique Rooms — 1 studio, Maestrale, and 2 rooms, Scirocco and Libeccio — all with private bathrooms, in the same flat. The three units can be booked together for larger groups or separately, keeping full privacy. A bright, elegant space with a sleeping area, a living area with a double sofa bed, two TVs and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge and microwave — perfect for short and long stays alike.



Guest Access:

Second floor with lift. Guests aged 14 and over.



The Neighborhood:

Train station 350 metres away (2 minutes' walk), beaches 600 metres (10 minutes), historic centre 400 metres (6 minutes). Levanto is connected by train to all five Cinque Terre villages.



Getting Around:

Drivers will find public car parks nearby.



Other Things to Note:

We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning (croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk, sugar); where a kitchen is available, also our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, plus salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included, with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning, concierge support. Guests must be aged 14 or over.

Interaction with Guests:

Check-in handled remotely by the Cinque Terre Riviera team. Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities. Self check-in from 3:00pm to 10:00pm with emailed instructions; phone assistance 7:30pm–10:00pm carries a €50 supplement. No check-in possible after 10:00pm — past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway: far better to plan a calm arrival the next day, perhaps with luggage storage to start exploring straight away, than face the stress of arriving this late.
