1. Check-in & Check-out

Please respect the agreed check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability. Additional charges may apply.

2. Respect for the Apartment

The apartment features carefully selected furnishings and interior pieces. Please treat them with care and avoid moving furniture or decorative items without permission.

Any damage, breakage, or missing items should be reported promptly. Guests may be held responsible for damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear.

3. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required in accordance with the booking conditions. Any deductions for damages, missing items, or additional cleaning costs must be justified and documented.

4. Parties & Quiet Hours

Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM and respect the peace and privacy of neighboring residents.

5. Guests & Visitors

The maximum occupancy is four guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

All additional visitors must be approved in advance.

6. Smoking & Fire Safety

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment but is permitted on the terrace. Please use the provided ashtrays and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

Fireworks, pyrotechnics, and other potentially hazardous activities involving open flames are strictly prohibited.

7. Cleanliness & Housekeeping

Please maintain reasonable cleanliness throughout your stay.

Before check-out, kindly wash used dishes, dispose of rubbish, and leave the apartment in good condition.

Additional housekeeping, dishwashing services, and towel changes are available upon request for an additional fee.

8. Air Conditioning & Electricity

Please switch off air conditioning, lights, and non-essential electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.

9. Pets

Pets are welcome only with prior approval. An additional pet accommodation fee applies and will be communicated before arrival.

10. Keys & Access

Please take good care of all keys and access devices. Lost keys or access devices may result in replacement charges.

For everyone`s security, please do not share access codes with unauthorized individuals.

11. Deliveries & Security

For the safety and security of all residents, delivery personnel are not permitted to enter the residential complex.

Guests receiving food or other deliveries must meet couriers personally at the main entrance. Please never share gate or building access codes with delivery personnel.

12. Terrace & Common Areas

Please respect the shared environment and the privacy of neighboring residents when using the terrace and communal areas.

Keep noise to a reasonable level, and do not leave personal belongings in shared spaces.
