This sun drenched Tuscan style dream home is stunning due to stone walls, terracotta roof, and outdoor walled flowering bougainvilleas evoking the sensory experience of a Tuscan Villa, with seamless open concept Indoor-Outdoor living. This home is surrounded by a fenced enclosure covered in flowering vines for the ultimate in secret garden privacy with a pool and 6 person spa, all to the beautiful back drop of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The covered outdoor patio has a 50” TV with large fireplace. Outdoor Seating for 8, with recliners to soak up the sun, with numerous beach towels. This home has 3 bedrooms all with in-suite bathrooms, luxury mattresses and bedding, and towels. The 4th flex room can be a guest room, office, or TV room. The 5 bathrooms features both soaking stand alone tub and/or showers. The house stays cool and inviting thanks to two large excellent air conditioners. Bright and spacious, this beautiful home offers plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. The chef’s kitchen is equally well appointed with high end appliances, a 36” gas stove with 6 burners and a griddle, a large built in refrigerator. Coffee maker, Nespresso, pots pans, cookware, spice drawer, oils, vinegars, instant pot, two crock pots, and lobster boil pot for a 10 person feast. For the golfer we are located in Guard gated Greg Norman public course, in the master planned community of PGA West, home to 6 golf courses 3 public and 3 private. 5 minute drive to Coachella, Polo fields, or Thermal equestrian park. El Paseo Shopping in Palm Desert is 20 minutes away. La Quinta City bylaws states no amplified music or noise outdoors. Smoking allowed only outdoors. One or two small pets will be considered. Due to the front and back of our house being fully fenced, you will not worry about your fur babies. Come and be our guest, this is a phenomenal retreat!
