Roney Palace is a beachfront condo located that shares amenities with the 5 stars " 1 hotel South Beach" : 2 outdoor heated pools, a 20 people Jacuzzi, gym and 9 restaurant/bars.

On Fridays and Saturdays the beach bar opens with very chill live music, ideal for lunch or a mid-afternoon delicacies in an amazing area.

Roney´s guest can access to 1 hotel to enjoys its art, exhibitions, events. They can also access to the 1 hotel rooftop after 6 pm where there is live music, for some snacks and drinks.

1.) → Guest keycards are $50

The guest card is a one-time fee of $50 per guest.
One guest card can work for 2 adults, but for more than 2 guest you will require additional guest cards. Children 14 years old and younger do not require guest key cards.

► Ability to rent special lounge chairs-boxes at the 2 pools, of which are shared amenities with the 1 hotel.

►Free Pool side lounge chair, poolside towel services and 10% off of the pool side restaurant food and beverages.

►90% discount on the beach service ($20 umbrella, $5 beach chair per day)

►Access to the 1-hotel & condominium guest only Pay-Per-day gym (1 day pass $35, 3 day pass $85, $145 monthly pass) and a spa which is additional fee depending on what services you need.

OTHER DETAILS
Price includes valet parking for 1 vehicle, use of all amenities and beach towel replacement.

*The use of Gym is not included in the price, neither are special pool boxes and beach service. that has a low cost.

**The picture of ID and selfies will be asked for keycard request .The management office requires up to 3 business days to make a keycard.
It can be a delay in getting keycards for LAST MINUTE BOOKING, anyway its possible to access the building with the help of security

***It is important to mention that there is a work in the building which will not affect the stay. No noise is heard inside the building neither the pool area.
