It features 2 bedrooms (including cribs), with beds made and towels provided upon arrival. A fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and central heating are also included. Outside, enjoy the covered patio, lounge set, and outdoor kitchen. Swimming lake, forests, and charming villages nearby; Assen and Groningen are close by.

Welcome to Boslodge 't Wims, a charming and cozy chalet in Eext, beautifully situated amidst forests and nature reserves. A wonderful place for families with young children and for couples looking to escape the daily hustle and bustle together. Here you can enjoy peace, nature, and comfort, with plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and exploring.

The forest lodge is warmly and cozily furnished and offers a surprising amount of space. There are two comfortable bedrooms:

A lovely master bedroom with a double bed (140x200)

A cozy children’s room with two children’s beds (185x60), perfect for young children

Upon arrival, all beds are freshly made, and a towel package is waiting for you, so you don’t have to bring your own. What a relaxing way to arrive! You’ll also find plenty of toys and games in the closets, so even the youngest guests will feel right at home.

After an active day, you can relax in the cozy sitting area with a smart TV. The TV has all the standard channels (included in the rental) and also offers access to streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, and Videoland. You can easily log in using your own account.

The compact yet fully equipped bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal yourself. Thanks to the central heating, it’s comfortable and cozy inside even on colder or rainy days.

Outside is just as enjoyable. Under the covered patio, you’ll find a luxurious lounge set and a cozy dining area where you can relax, no matter the weather. In addition, Boslodge 't Wims features an outdoor kitchen, ideal for cooking together outside on nice days and enjoying long summer evenings.

Explore the area

The location is perfect for nature lovers: you can walk or bike right into the forests and nature reserves. In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful swimming lake with water attractions, within biking distance and a big hit with children. The charming villages of Gieten, Rolde, and Annen also offer plenty of fun outings, shops, and outdoor cafes. For a day trip to the city, Assen and Groningen are easily accessible.

Boslodge 't Wims is the ideal base for a relaxing stay filled with nature, comfort, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Guest Access
As a guest, you have access to Boslodge 't Wims and the surrounding outdoor area, including all facilities as shown in the photos. You can also use the campground’s facilities.

For the entertainment program and practical information, you can download the “De Schaopvolte” app for free. It includes an overview of all activities and amenities at the campground.

You can park for free in the central campground parking lot. If you provide your license plate number one week in advance, you can park next to the chalet.

Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM; check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

At Boslodge 't Wims, you can easily check in on your own. You’ll receive instructions in advance when you make your reservation.
