Both the dining room and living room have spectacular views of the yard and reservoir (usually full from spring through fall) with vaulted ceilings. Kitchen features include large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, ceramic glass top stove and Bosch dishwasher. Plenty of cabinets and storage.



Large separate family/game room with futon and Foosball/air hockey table and additional half bath.



Laundry room with stacked washer/dryer and sink.

Slide your kayak into the glassy water at Fern Ridge Reservoir. At summer capacity, this 9,000-acre (3,463 ha) glimmering reservoir is an ultimate water playground for outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds from birders to boaters. Fern Ridge Reservoir is the largest lake in the Willamette Valley and it is just 15 minutes from Eugene, adjacent the country town of Veneta. Walk or cycle along paved paths.



GO VENETA - Bird watchers Paradise!!!!



Ideal for water sports from stand up paddle boarding to power boating, Fern Ridge attracts paddlers, sailors and boaters who come to enjoy water recreation and explore Veneta's quiet charm. Water ski or inner tube across the lake then head to town to eat and stock up on supplies. Two canoes including paddles and life jackets available on a first come basis.

You will need your own vehicle or taxi.

PLEASE BE AWARE of water Danger if you have children. Children must be wearing a life jacket at all times on the dock or near the water. Life jackets are hanging in the garage. Garage key is in the basket on the table.



We are on a septic system, please only flush the things that should be flushed, so a call to a plumber is not a must!
