This loft-style apartment offers 120 m² of space, with a living room and two bedrooms for up to 5 guests, a fully equipped kitchen with a quality coffee machine, a workspace, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for warm days.
The highlight: a central location and peaceful atmosphere. Relax on your private terrace overlooking the picturesque garden pond. While you watch the goldfish, you can even admire the famous Schlossberg from the property. The garden is shared with one other household.
Perfect location:
• Just a 7–10 minute walk to Graz’s main square.
• Schlossberg, Kunsthaus, and the historic old town are practically around the corner.
• Excellent restaurants and cozy cafés are close by in Lend.
• Public transport stops right outside the building.
