You’ll be staying in a spacious house with a covered outdoor terrace that includes a large veranda. The historic market square in Monschau is just a 15-minute walk away via a footpath.

Spanning 150 m², the property is divided into a main house and an annex. You’ll rent the entire property, allowing you to enjoy plenty of privacy.

All three bedrooms in the house have their own bathrooms. One of these bedrooms features a steam sauna and a bathtub for relaxation. The corresponding restroom is located in a separate room.

Two cozy living rooms with high-quality leather furniture invite you to unwind. A fireplace adds to the cozy atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island opens directly onto the living room and the large dining area. While dining, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery.
All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed—one room also has a single bed. Thus, the house can accommodate up to 7 people.
3 attractively designed en-suite bathrooms make your stay especially pleasant. In one of the double bedrooms, the toilet is in a separate room.

The outdoor terrace features a table with 6 chairs, an awning, a parasol, and a bench. The trees and shrubs provide ample privacy and a view of nature.
A swing, a slide, and a climbing structure for small children have been installed in the outdoor area. A basketball hoop is available for older children.

Part of the garden area is completely fenced in.
