We were keen to create a contemporary, warm decoration with all the comfort necessary for a holiday home by the sea.
The fully equipped kitchen is open creating a convivial space for good meals with friends or family. (The washer-dryer is located in the kitchen).
The toilet is on the first floor with integrated washbasin.
The living room is very bright because of the through openings. Large cupboards have been custom-fitted under the stairs to have plenty of storage space as well as a large 3-drawer refrigerator.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a bed of 140x190 for The living room 2 is equipped with a sofa BZ 140x190, High-end bedding are available. Bedroom 1 has a large dressing room while bedroom 2 has 2 90x190 beds, a small dressing room and an office area.
Bedroom 1 has a balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Dives estuary and admire the birds, the tides and the setting suns on the casino of Cabourg
It is possible to rent household linen at an additional cost: 15€/person for bed linen, pillowcases and duvet cover and 15€/person for household linen (1 large towel, 1 washcloth per person and 2 dish towels).
Before your arrival, it is possible to make the beds. (Option 15€ for all beds). Contact us if necessary.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower, a heated towel rail, and a toilet.
The private, fenced, west-facing terrace is sunny all day long. The small garden gate will give you direct access to the towpath to reach the beach on foot. Garden furniture, a parasol, 2 deckchairs and a barbecue and 1 brazier are available.
A 2nd terrace on the kitchen side facing East is ideal for sheltering from the wind, sunny until 2pm, garden furniture with 2 armchairs, 2 chairs and 1 pouf.

It is requested to return the house in a perfect state of cleanliness, cleaning done by you. It is possible to have the cleaning done for 65€ in addition, (the bins emptied, the hob and oven cleaned, the dishes washed and put away).
In case of use of the barbecue, it must be cleaned as well as the cooking grate. Otherwise, cleaning will be charged at 20€.
