About this apartment rental
Welcome to our family apartment located in Risoul 1850, in the residence Les Balcons de Sirius.
This apartment is also our own holiday destination in the mountains. We are therefore committed to keeping it pleasant and well maintained and are happy to share it with families wishing to enjoy Risoul. It is voluntarily limited to a maximum of 5 people in order to preserve everyone's comfort.
- An ideal location to enjoy skiing
The residence benefits from a privileged location in the immediate vicinity of the slopes. A private ski locker n°111 is at your disposal on level R-1 of the residence.
Shops, restaurants, ski rentals, ski pass collection and various activities in the resort are within walking distance.
- Indoor pool and sauna
After a day on the slopes, you can enjoy the residence's indoor pool and sauna free of charge.
- The apartment
Located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevators, the apartment is organized into several spaces that can be separated for more comfort.
At the entrance is a first sleeping area with 2 bunk beds, a wardrobe and an opaque curtain to isolate this space.
The main room can also be separated thanks to a large opaque curtain. It includes a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, television and storage, as well as a second sofa bed located on the kitchen side.
A table allows you to comfortably share meals with the family.
- Equipped kitchen
The kitchenette has ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a Philips capsule coffee maker and a raclette set.
Some provisions and basic necessities are also available in the cupboards. You can help yourself sensibly with the following travellers in mind.
- Bathroom
The large PRM bathroom has a bathtub, a large worktop, plenty of storage space as well as a washing machine and drying rack.
- Balcony and mountain view
The apartment has a balcony with a nice view of the resort, the slopes and the surrounding mountains.
- Linens
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental, but can be rented from our Enjoy and Stay concierge. A cot and a high chair can also be rented.
- Arrival and concierge service
Arrivals are possible from 17:00. Keys can be collected from our Enjoy and Stay concierge, located about 3 minutes walk from the residence. A solution with a key box is also provided in case of late arrival.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 am.
- An apartment for a family holiday
Free Wi-Fi, indoor swimming pool, sauna, ski locker, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony and proximity to the slopes: the apartment has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in the mountains.
