With 42 m² of space, this two-room apartment can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is perfect for families or a relaxing vacation for two.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine level of the “Sol Mare” vacation complex and is easily accessible via just a few steps. Your private parking space, No. 10, is located directly across the street in the front parking lot, making arrival and stowing your luggage a breeze.

The apartment is furnished in a maritime style with great attention to detail. The cozy living area invites you to put your feet up after a day at the beach, play games together, or wind down the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. A TV, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of games ensure entertainment even when the weather isn’t cooperating.

The comfortably furnished kitchen features plenty of dishes, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, pots and pans, and an air fryer.

With its rain shower, the bathroom offers a little bit of spa-like relaxation.

A cozy double bed awaits you in the bedroom. The sleeper sofa (140x200) in the living room provides an additional sleeping space for up to two people.

The apartment does not include bed linens! Please bring your own. Alternatively, you can book a linens package (sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover, and towels) through the rental agency for an additional fee.

The main building of the vacation complex houses the wellness area, which features a swimming pool and a sauna.

The promenade, with its numerous cafés and restaurants, is also just a short walk away. Grömitz is only eight kilometers away, and Dahme is four kilometers away.

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.

This accommodations are arranged by our agency on behalf of and for the account of the owner.
Upon booking, the contract for the rental of the accommodations are entered into directly with the owner.
