Welcome to our bright and single-storey family home, located in Pessac in a particularly quiet and green environment.

The house has 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a guest bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and a large children's bedroom that can accommodate up to 4 children. A travel cot is also available for the little ones.

The large living room brings together a fully equipped kitchen, the dining room and the living room, with direct access to the garden. As the house is our main residence, it is really equipped for family life: games, books and everything you need to travel easily with children.

Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden with barbecue, small children's hut, outdoor shower and vegetable garden in summer. A pleasant environment to have lunch outside, let the children play and enjoy the sunny days.

The house is located in a very family residential area with very little traffic, with everyday shops within walking distance. Many forests and cycle paths are also nearby.

Bordeaux is about 20 minutes away by car, or accessible by tram located 10 minutes walk from the house. The Arcachon Bay is about 35 minutes away, and you can easily reach the ocean, beaches, lakes and vineyards of Pessac-Léognan.

An ideal house to alternate days in Bordeaux, getaways on the basin and at the ocean, bike rides and quiet family moments in the garden.
