Located in the idyllic village of Warfendorf Pilsum, this exclusive 65 m² vacation rental is situated on the first floor/extension of the Lindenhof Pilsum. Here, East Frisian coziness, modern comforts, and a peaceful atmosphere come together to create a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation by the North Sea.
The apartment features a private entrance and welcomes you with a spacious, lovingly furnished living and dining area. The characteristic exposed beams lend the room a special, cozy charm. Make yourself comfortable on the cozy sofa with a good book or enjoy a relaxing evening watching TV.
The separate bedroom with a double bed (mattress size 160 × 200 cm) ensures restful nights. Please bring a large fitted sheet for the bed.
In the modern and fully equipped kitchen, home cooks will find everything they need to prepare delicious meals. Afterward, the cozy dining table is the perfect spot for shared meals or a convivial cup of authentic East Frisian tea.
The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower provides additional comfort—ideal for starting the next day feeling relaxed after an eventful day of vacation.
A special highlight is the adjoining terrace. Here, you can enjoy the sun, the peace and quiet, and the fresh North Sea air. The beautiful garden, which adjoins the apartment, is of course available for your use and offers plenty of space to relax or simply enjoy the East Frisian tranquility.
Cyclists are also well taken care of: Your bicycles can be stored safely and securely in the barn located on the property.
Wi-Fi is available. Pets are not allowed! A parking space is available free of charge on the property.

Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bedding: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We will leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
