• Travel Requirements: Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.
• Wildfire Prevention Power Shutoffs: While we look forward to welcoming you, please be aware that the Hawaii Electric Company has notified us of periodic power outages that may impact our resort from time to time. These outages are part of the Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) strategy that is being implemented across the island to proactively shut off power to help prevent wildfires when certain conditions exist. The Hawaii Electric Company expects these precautions to remain in place on the Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii Islands for the foreseeable future. As noted, these outages could occur at any time and may last for up to one to three days.
• Kona Tower Refurbishment (First Half of 2027): Beginning Jan. 4, 2027, to Jun. 23, 2027, the Kona Tower at the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
