A peaceful apartment nestled in the hills of the Marche region, completely renovated in 2024 with a built-in kitchen and period-style furniture, a spacious living area with room for a double inflatable bed, guest bathroom, master bedroom with a motorized adjustable bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom, and a large outdoor pergola.
Eco-friendly, fully electric and powered by solar panels, with a split-system air conditioner (heating/cooling) and an induction cooktop. NO GAS.
An electric car charging station is also available.
The house is located 6 km from the sea and 3 km from the historic center of Sant’Elpidio a Mare, an ancient village of about 17,000 inhabitants, nestled in the rolling hills at the heart of the footwear district (featuring outlets for Tod’s, Fay, Prada, Boss, Fendi, NeroGiardini, Le Silla, Loriblu, Cesare Paciotti, Montelpare, and many others) and the world-famous hat-making district, ideally situated for visiting cultural centers such as Fermo (15 km), a city rich in art, Recanati (40 km), the city of Giacomo Leopardi, Ascoli Piceno (75 km), the splendid city of travertine and famous olives, Offida (55 km), one of “Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages” famous for its bobbin lace, Ripatransone (45 km), the “belvedere of the Piceno” with “Italy’s narrowest alley,” as well as close to the beautiful beaches of Porto Sant’Elidio (8 km), with its pebbles; Porto San Giorgio (15 km), with its sand; San Benedetto del Tronto (25 km), the “Riviera delle Palme”; Numana (45 km), the “Queen of the Conero” for its marvelous beaches and unspoiled nature; and the Sibillini National Park, known as the “Monti Azzurri.”
