Located in Les Églises-d'Argenteuil, in Charente-Maritime, La Marinière is a spacious and warm cottage, ideal for a getaway with family or friends. In a peaceful environment, enjoy a stay under the sign of relaxation and conviviality.
La Marinière has 3 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with its own television to preserve the comfort and privacy of everyone.
Each room has its own universe:
- The English room, in green tones, with antique boat bed (140 × 190 cm), antique wardrobe and decorative fireplace.
- The Peru room, warm and bright, with exposed beams and a large bed of 160 × 190 cm.
- The Thai room, in warm colours, with a bamboo four-poster bed (160 × 190 cm), storage space and cocooning area with sofa bed.
Sheets and towels are provided.PGJyPg
To facilitate stays with family or friends, you benefit from 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, one on the first floor and the other upstairs. A washing machine is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
In the living room, you will find a convivial area with table football, board games and TNT television, as well as a sofa bed and armchairs for your moments of relaxation.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the cottage.
A pleasant sunny courtyard allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors or simply to enjoy the calm of the Charente countryside.
The property is fully fenced. The garden and the cellar are also at your disposal during your stay.
The cottage is independent and located near the owners' accommodation. Only the access courtyard is shared.
For the more sporty, an area is equipped with weight weights, jump rope, and accessories for stretching and yoga.
