Primary Suite: Features a comfortable king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.
Second Bedroom: Furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed and a dresser with plenty of storage space.
Hallway bathroom: Walk-in Shower
Outdoor & Amenities:
Private Walk-Out Patio: Direct outdoor access to a patio equipped with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill, perfect for dining al fresco.
Dedicated Laundry Room: Includes an in-unit washer and dryer for complete convenience during your stay.

Parking: Street parking only. The cottage is nestled in a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood where ample street parking is readily available.
Utilities: All utilities are covered by the owner, with a monthly SDG&E allowance of $200. Any usage exceeding this amount will be the tenant's responsibility.
Bathrooms: Please note that the home features showers only (no bathtub), but a portable baby bath is available upon request for families with little ones.
