About this house rental
The Wiesenhang vacation home (semi-detached house) is designed to blend into the natural hillside setting with a split-level layout featuring half-stories. The outdoor area includes a terrace and a large garden. Three separate bedrooms provide spacious accommodations. A parking space and a bicycle garage are available. The Klais train station and the cross-country ski trail are within a 5- to 10-minute walk.
The vacation home is accessed via a shared hallway with a separate entrance. First, you enter the kitchen area with a dining nook and a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven and a washing machine. There is also a guest restroom here. The spacious living room (approx. 40 square meters) with access to the terrace is reached via a half-flight of stairs. On the next floor are bedroom one and the bathroom with a bathtub. On the top floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with access to a balcony. Klais is well connected by bus and train to Garmsich-Partenkirchen and Mittenwald. Hiking trails leading to Elmau, Kranzbach, the Wetterstein Mountains, the Partnach Gorge, Mittenwald, and Krün start right at the house. The nearest lakes for swimming are Geroldsee, Barmsee, and Grubsee.
