Bring the whole crew to the Cozy Cabin, a 7-bedroom lake-country retreat in the Powers Lake / Genoa City area that sleeps up to 14 guests. There’s about 3,300 square feet over three levels, so families and friend groups have room to spread out during the day and gather together at night.
Outdoor fun
Heated pool, open Mid-May through Mid-September. Heated pools are rare in this area. Pool toys are included for the kids, and the kids at heart.
Heated outdoor hot tub, open all year. Soak under the stars on a summer night or after a snowy day on the slopes.
Water toys included. Take the inflatable kayak and paddle board, about an 8-minute walk away, or on Powers Lake.

Skiing and tubing. Wilmot Mountain is about 12 minutes away. It has 25 trails, terrain parks, night skiing, and a snow-tubing hill. The Mountain Top at Grand Geneva is about 20 minutes away.
Golf. Nippersink Golf Resort is a historic 18-hole public course right in Genoa City, about 10 minutes away. Grand Geneva, Geneva National, and Hawk’s View are all a short drive into Lake Geneva.
Fishing. Powers Lake has bass, northern pike, walleye, and panfish.

To ensure we remain good neighbors, this home is equipped with a smart noise-monitoring device. It measures volume decibels inside the living areas but cannot record conversations or identify private data. Noise levels exceeding local ordinances during quiet hours will trigger an automated alert to the host."
