About this house rental
Perle des Sables, the large villa of the Étoile des Sables estate, in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech. 1,000 m² of house on 1.5 hectares of enclosed garden, with a 25-meter swimming pool (heated on request, extra charge). 6 bedrooms with bathroom, a spa with hammam (extra charge) and massage room, a gym and a pickleball court. Ideal for 12 to 14 people, 20-25 minutes from the Medina and Jemaa el-Fna square.
The atmosphere: a minimalist design, lots of light, large bay windows, high ceilings and a fireplace for winter evenings.
The bedrooms: six bedrooms with king size beds, each with its own bathroom. Up to 14 people with extra mattresses.
Living areas: a large living room, a dining room, a TV room with piano, a fully equipped kitchen and a covered terrace overlooking the garden.
Wellness: 25-meter private swimming pool, hammam, massage room and gym (treadmill, bike, dumbbells, punching bag).
Meals: Fatima, our cook, prepares breakfast every morning, and lunch or dinner on request.
The entire villa is for you: main house, detached pavilion, garden, swimming pool, spa with hammam and gym. On the estate: pickleball court shared with the other villas, petanque and mini tennis. The estate is enclosed, with gate, intercom and caretaker. A small dirt road, inside the estate, leads to the villa.
Good to know:
- Breakfast included. Lunch and dinner on request, with a single menu for the whole group, to be chosen the day before.
- Heated swimming pool and hammam: at an additional cost, to be booked before arrival as they require preheating. Swimming pool: 100 €/day of use + 2 to 3 days of preheating at 100 €/day. Hammam: €50/day + 1 day of preheating at €50.
- Massages at the villa, by reservation.
- Towels changed every 3 days, or more often if you wish.
- Cameras only outside.
- Police form: Moroccan law requires it for each traveler, you will be asked for an ID on arrival.
- Distances: Medina and Jemaa el-Fna square 20-25 minutes away, airport 30-35 minutes away.
