This home is only available for mid-term stays. of 31 nights or greater. If you wish to stay multiple months, please inquire. We specialize in dislocated families in the local area.

We do allow up to two well behaved and potty trained adult dogs, sorry no cats. Included with your Stay.

Please note while the beach is within close proximity, access is along a busy main street. It is still advised to take a quick drive or Uber.

The front driveway has enough room for two cars, however if you have an oversized car or truck this may be a problem; if your bumper sticks out over the sidewalk the city will ticket you. The side driveway has space enough for up to two cars in tandem. Unfortunately no trailers, RV or boats will fit.

There is no street parking between 8pm-8am on the street where the home is located. Permitting is required and is only for home owners, again the city will issue parking citations. There is nearby free street parking one to two blocks away if you ever need it for any reason for overnight parking.

Please be mindful of city street sweeping on the 2nd and 4rth Wednesday of every month between 9am-2pm so please be mindful to not use any street parking or you may risk receiving a citation from the City.
