Our detached 19th-century fisherman’s cottage was rebuilt in 2002 to preserve its original style and character, and has been undergoing a complete renovation since 2022. This fall, we will complete the renovation with the final bathroom remodel and the redesign of the outdoor areas. The first floor houses the larger former fisherman’s apartment, “Kranichwiese.” On the upper floor are the two smaller, cozy apartments, “Jasmund” and “Bodden.” In addition to authentic wooden ceilings and floorboards, you’ll discover many interesting details featuring elements from the old barn and the former village street. After a long day filled with new impressions and experiences, look forward to a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace or relax on the terrace and in the garden.

The “Bodden” vacation rental is located in the village of Polchow and offers 40 m² of space for up to three people. It features two rooms, including a bedroom, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment was last renovated in 2023 and is located on the first floor of a two-story house. In the living area, a sofa, armchairs, and a sofa nook invite you to relax; a TV and Wi-Fi are also available. Laminate flooring is installed in both the living room and the bedroom.

The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, air fryer, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. A dining area with a dining table provides space for shared meals. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are provided. In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, sink, mirror, and a hair dryer.

In the garden, you can use the patio furniture and barbecue. From the accommodation, you can enjoy a view of the countryside. A private parking space is available for one vehicle; a car is recommended for your stay. Public transportation is about 1 km away. A restaurant is about 100 m away, and the nearest lake is about 500 m away. The beach and the sea are each about 5 km away; shopping and the train station are also about 5 km away.

The vacation rental is suitable for families; children are welcome. A high chair and a crib are provided. Pets are also allowed; please note that additional fees apply.
