Apartment refurbished 3 years ago in the village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe (Diamond area ski area, 200 km of slopes including Les Saisies) located 15 kms (15 mins) from Megève and 12 kms from Les Saisies. The village has kept all its authenticity. The apartment is located in the heart of the village. It is located in a residence with swimming pool and tennis in the summer. It is at the foot of the slopes with breathtaking views on both sides.
The south-facing apartment, of 60 m2 has been the subject of a very nice renovation. It is composed of 3 rooms, a living room and dining room, two bedrooms and offers 6 beds: A 160 cm bed in one bedroom, two 90x190 beds and two 80x200 bunk beds in the second bedroom.
It is warm, functional, ideal for a family. It also has a bathroom with shower and separate toilets.
It is very well equipped: washing machine dryer / oven / dishwasher / Nespresso / Digital television / WIFI / Blender / Raclette and fondue machines ...
The view is sumptuous (photos) and it is very close to the shops.
Cleaning is included in the cost of the rental.
The swimming pool is open in July and August and the tennis courts are open on sunny days.
