SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The first and second floors each have a full bathroom.

LIVING SPACE

The top floor has a large living room that’s open to the fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can seamlessly access the wraparound deck with outdoor seating and panoramic lake views.

The bottom floor also has a large living room with direct access to the patio, front lawn, and lake. You’ll find outdoor furniture and a fire pit on this level.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside to your own slice of paradise on 80-acre Crystal Lake, an all-sports lake perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and boating.

During your stay, you’ll have access to:

- Private dock
- Waterfront for swimming – the front yard is grass, and the lake bottom is sandy
- 2 kayaks
- 1 canoe
- 1 stand-up paddleboard (SUP)
- Life jackets are provided (4 adults, 2 youth, and 1 child), though we encourage you to bring your own for the best fit.

LOCATION

The Crystal Lake Retreat is in a quiet neighborhood on Crystal Lake in Hart, Michigan. Across the lake is Pleasant Valley Farm and Vineyard.

About 15 minutes from the house, you’ll find the charming Village of Pentwater with easy access to Lake Michigan, restaurants, shops, and art galleries. Also nearby are the famous Silver Lake Sand Dunes. And the city of Ludington is 30 minutes north, which has Meijer, Aldi, Walmart, Home Depot, auto repair shops, a variety of restaurants and fast food, and a state park.

Airports: The Manistee County Blacker Airport (MBL) is about an hour north of Hart, and the Muskegon County Airport (MKG) is about an hour south. Grand Rapids Airport (GRR) is approximately 1.5 hours away.
