About this house rental

Casa Stabbi is a former guesthouse surrounded by the greenery of the Alpe di Catenaia in Chitignano. With 400 sqm of space, it can accommodate up to 24 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with showers, plus 3 half baths—perfect for families, friends, or large groups wanting to spend time together. You'll find a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, games, and books for children. The property offers stunning mountain views.



Outside, enjoy a private garden ideal for relaxing in the open air. There's also a private pizza oven and barbecue for outdoor meals.



Several shared parking spaces are available on site. Pets are welcome for an extra fee.



The secluded location lets you fully immerse yourselves in unspoiled nature. Go hiking, enjoy outdoor activities, and cool off in the clear, cold waters of Fonte della Verna. Don’t miss the Contraband Trail and the nearby Sanctuary of St. Francis.



Please note: The last 5 minutes of road to the property are unpaved, with plants and rocks along the sides. This road is not suitable for vehicles that cannot handle rough terrain. Casa Stabbi is perfect for those seeking an authentic, immersive nature experience.
