Our guests appreciate the security of the large fenced-in parking area and the modernity of an eco-friendly home. Just a short walk away, in the public gardens of Montelupone, a breathtaking view awaits you, stretching from the coast to the Potenza Valley and all the way to the mountains: a splendid panorama that serves as the perfect counterpoint to Leopardi’s famous line, “and the river appears clear in the valley.” It is the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation, technology (55" Smart TV, Wi-Fi for remote work), and a commitment to the environment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON UTILITY USAGE AND ACCESSIBILITY:
• ELECTRICITY USAGE: The rate includes a free allowance of 15 kW per day. Any excess consumption, recorded via the meter at check-out, will be charged at the current market rate. Please turn off the air conditioners when you are away from the property.
• WALLBOX: Charging electric vehicles via a smart Wallbox is available upon request and billed based on actual usage at the current market rate via a dedicated meter.
• ACCESSIBILITY: Access to the first-floor apartment requires using internal stairs. The property is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Pets are not allowed to ensure peace and quiet for the neighborhood.
