Villa Bonriposo is a 370-square-meter country residence that has been in our family for generations: built in 1872, it was purchased by the current host’s grandfather in 1947 and completely renovated in 2019, along with the swimming pool and all indoor and outdoor spaces. Located in the heart of the Tuscan hills, the villa is designed for those seeking privacy, authenticity, and tranquility, without sacrificing the opportunity to explore the region’s beauty.

Villa Bonriposo was created to welcome guests and preserve family memories. The renovation, completed in 2019, was designed to breathe new life into the original house while honoring its spirit. The spaces are spacious, well-laid out, and filled with natural light. Every detail has been carefully crafted, combining traditional materials with modern solutions to ensure comfort and functionality.

The atmosphere is that of true Tuscany: authentic, understated, and refined. It’s a place where time seems to slow down—perfect for finding balance and reconnecting with nature, while also exploring the best the region has to offer.

On the first floor, there is a spacious and well-appointed kitchen, designed not just for cooking but for sharing moments together. This floor also features a large living room, a cozier sitting room, and a bedroom with a private bathroom.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and views of the courtyard and surrounding hills, as well as an additional shared bathroom.

Rounding out the property are two independent apartments, each featuring a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and private bathroom—perfect for those seeking privacy during a shared stay.

Outside, a large garden features a 10x20-meter swimming pool reserved exclusively for guests, with three depth levels (up to 1.8 m). As shown in the photos, the surrounding area offers a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside and a rare sense of peace—ideal for fully unwinding, reading, sunbathing, or enjoying an aperitif at sunset.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 370-square-meter villa, as well as private use of the pool and garden.

We host only one booking at a time: the villa is therefore reserved for a single group or family, ensuring total privacy.

Giulio and his family live about a 10-minute drive away and are always available if you need anything or for local recommendations.

The villa is located in the open countryside, surrounded by greenery and tranquility—ideal for those looking to unplug from their daily routine and recharge in the peaceful Tuscan landscape.
