Ideal gourmets: reach the Grands Buffets de Narbonne in just 10 minutes! Located on a direct axis in Marcorignan, our house is the perfect hub to radiate: the Somail 5 minutes away, the beaches of Gruissan 25 minutes away and the City of Carcassonne 45 minutes away.
Take advantage of simplified logistics to explore the Aude, the Canal du Midi by bike or head to Spain (1 hour). I will share with you my best local plans for a 100% successful stay. See you soon!

Discover the comfort of this spacious 150 m² village house, combining authentic charm and modern facilities for a stay in complete serenity.
The living space
As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by a large entrance hall opening onto a bright living room. This open space includes a warm living room, a convivial dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing good times.
The sleeping area (upstairs)
The staircase leads you to the rest area composed of:
3 spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms.
A functional bathroom.
A separate toilet.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Outdoor & Relaxing
Enjoy an enclosed garden for your outdoor dining. The terrace awaits you for convivial evenings around the barbecue.
Practical side: the private driveway allows you to park up to 2 vehicles in complete safety.

Air conditioning: For your comfort, the first floor and all the rooms are air-conditioned, guaranteeing you cool nights even in the middle of summer.
Included services: To lighten your suitcases, bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the accommodation. The apartment is non-smoking, but you can smoke in the garden.
