This charming two-story guesthouse is just 1.5 blocks from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, with no high-rise buildings in sight. Inside, the stylish furnishings and ultra-comfortable beds make it easy to unwind after a day in the sun. With easy access to public beach entrances, this property will not disappoint.

The space
This is it!! A private guesthouse nestled on a quiet street lined with charming cottages. Just a short stroll to the beach. This property features a unique two-unit floor plan with high ceilings, ample privacy, and plenty of separate living spaces both indoors and outdoors. The second-floor and first-floor spaces are completely separate from each other. Whether you’re hosting two couples or older children, the layout gives everyone the space they need to feel relaxed and comfortable.

No high-rises on the West End of the beach. Less than 1 mile to the grocery store. Tasteful, modern decor, and all furnishings are less than 2 years old. Located between Lagauna and Rosemary Beach and just minutes from fine dining, shopping, and entertainment along 30A or Pier Park, 5 miles away. An easy walk to the public beach access. The furnishings and beds were chosen for their comfort and are high-end. New appliances, including a washer and dryer. Smart TVs come with a soundbar. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the house cool in the summer, and there’s a fireplace heater for the winter months. Adjust the temperature to your comfort level.

You’ll feel right at home—everything you need is here. The kitchen is fully stocked, and high-speed fiber internet is included. We have beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella available for your use (just message us for access). The patio area features a propane grill, a private deck, and an outdoor heated shower.

This guesthouse offers a 650-square-foot second floor with a king-size bedroom, a full bathroom, and a covered porch where you can hear the waves crashing on the beach.

The first floor is also 650 sq ft and includes a studio-style bedroom with a queen-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom, plus a bonus room. The lower level has no steps and may be a good option for guests with mobility issues.

Please note that both the lower and upper units have separate exterior entrances. This setup may not be suitable for travelers with small children.

There is a security system available for guests, as well as four exterior cameras. Two parking spots are available in the driveway

Guest access
The guesthouse is accessible by parking in the front driveway and walking through the gate to the back. Guests may use the entire yard and patio. The attic space in the guesthouse is private and locked. The laundry room is located on the first floor.
