About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a lovely area of Venice's city center, 100 meters from the Rialto Bridge and just a 2-minute walk from the water bus stop.
This apartment (which is not affected by high water) is in a new palace and is the only apartment in the building.
At the entrance, there is a small hallway leading to the bathroom with a window and shower, while on the right you’ll find a marble staircase leading to the open-concept loft.
Here you’ll find a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa (which can double as a large sofa bed if needed), a small closet, a desk, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen with induction cooktops.
We provide all the basic necessities (soap, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, etc.), and bed linens and towels are provided.
This apartment is ideal for a couple looking to spend a vacation in an authentic and romantic setting; it is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a small flat-screen TV.
