Family house with heated pool, garden & games room – Île d'Oléron
Treat yourself to a convivial interlude on the Île d'Oléron, in this house designed to share real moments together.
Two storey.
First floor: garage / linen room and games room
Upstairs: living and sleeping area
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the living room, bathed in light, with its open volumes and its exposed framework which brings all the charm of the place. The living room, organized around the fireplace, invites you to relax while the bar area and the open kitchen naturally prolong the moments of conviviality.PGJyPg
The house can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 comfortable bedrooms, ideal for holidays with family and friends.
Inside, the house has a large living room with fireplace, a lounge area with TV. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, gas hob, hood, Nespresso machine (classic capsule) and classic coffee machine (ground coffee). A bar area where you can prepare nice mocktails and cocktails for the whole family!
The sleeping area:
Bedroom 1: 140cm bed + 1 small bunk bed
Bedroom 2: 140cm bed
Bedroom 3: 2 beds of 90/200
1 bathroom with double sinks, shower, heated towel rail
1 separate toilet
Linen provided (sheets and towels) PGJyPg
You also have a laundry room on the first floor: washing machine and dryer.
Outside, everything is there to make the most of the sunny days: a large garden to get together, a heated swimming pool (May to September) to cool off at any time with its outdoor shower, deckchairs, a petanque court for the end of the day and an outdoor kitchen to extend the summer meals with a charcoal fireplace barbecue, a sink, an extra fridge. Between two activities, the hammock awaits you for a quiet moment in the shade.
To complete the experience, an indoor games room will allow everyone to have fun, whatever the time of day, with table tennis, table football and darts.PGJyPgPGJyPg
Parking: 2 parking spaces / indoor or outdoor parking also possible in the property.
Here, everything is there to alternate between relaxation, leisure and shared moments.
