The Delbrück-Villen vacation rental—House 2 D214—is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom. Right on the beach promenade and just a few meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to the sea, the Heringsdorf pier, and restaurants and cafés. The park-like property features direct access to the promenade and offers a well-maintained setting.
The approximately 65-square-meter vacation rental is located on the first floor of House 2. The open-concept living area is equipped with a cozy couch, a flat-screen TV, and a Bose soundbar. The couch can be used as an additional sleeping area for two people, with a sleeping surface measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters.
The integrated kitchen with a cooking island features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other small kitchen appliances. From the living area, you can step out onto the covered, furnished balcony overlooking the park—a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the Baltic Sea air.
The bedroom features a 1.80 x 2.00-meter box-spring double bed, along with blackout curtains and a closet. A special highlight is the private balcony overlooking the park and the promenade. The spacious bathroom features a shower and a bathtub.
To ensure a relaxing start to your stay, basic essentials are provided. All beds are made upon your arrival, and plenty of towels are provided for you. Pets are welcome.
