Bright 110m2 apartment in Nueva Andalucia with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6, and mountain views. The gated complex has a shared pool, gym, landscaped garden and private garage. Inside you'll find lift access, air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Just 200m to a restaurant, 4km to Puerto Banus and its beach, and 8km to Marbella. Families and couples only, minimum age 25, no parties.
Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00

Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊
Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.
Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.

Swimming Pool Regulations – Jardines de Guadaiza
Opening period: April 1st to September 30th
Pool hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Rules:
-Glass bottles are not permitted.
-No smoking.
-Please use the trash bins provided.
-Do not enter the pool area wearing street clothes or shoes.
-Ball games and inflatables are not allowed inside the pool area.
-For hygiene reasons, shower before entering the pool.
-Animals are not allowed, except guide dogs for persons with disabilities.
-Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
-Maximum pool capacity: 29 persons
