About this apartment rental
The approximately 82-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine level of House 2 and offers plenty of space for families, two couples, or friends. The practically furnished living area features a cozy couch that can be used as an additional sleeping space if needed, as well as an LED TV, CD player, and DVD player. A separate dining area provides a pleasant space for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other small kitchen appliances.
From the living area, you can step out onto the covered, northwest-facing balcony. From here, you can enjoy the view toward the Heringsdorf pier and the Baltic Sea and relax as your day comes to a close in the fresh Baltic Sea air.
Two separate bedrooms are each equipped with a box-spring double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters. The beds feature an open footboard and a comfortable step-in height. Wardrobes provide ample space for your vacation wardrobe. The two bathrooms are particularly convenient: both have a shower, and the main bathroom also features a bathtub.
To ensure a relaxing start to your vacation, basic essentials are provided. All beds are made upon your arrival, and plenty of towels are provided for you. Free Wi-Fi, a free parking space in the local parking garage, a lockable bike storage room, and a shared laundry room round out the amenities.
The complex is named after Dr. Hugo Delbrück, a Berlin banker and co-founder of the Heringsdorf seaside resort in 1872. Vacation Apartment D202 combines spacious living, immediate proximity to the beach, and Heringsdorf’s unique history into an attractive vacation home on Usedom.
