In the open-concept living and sleeping area, you’ll find a double bed, an additional sofa bed for two people, a TV, and a dining table with four chairs. Important: The double bed and sofa bed are located in the same open space. There are no separate bedrooms.
Kitchen and Bathroom
The separate kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishwasher. The bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, a sink, and a toilet.
Terrace
On the furnished terrace, you can eat at the table or relax in the lounge area. Please note: The terrace borders a street; there are steps leading to the terrace.
Parking and Laundry
Two free public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. There are no parking spaces directly at the property; please use only the public parking spaces. A shared washing machine for the building’s residents is available at the very bottom of the stairwell in the basement. Clothes drying racks are provided and may only be used inside the booked apartment.

Check-in is flexible starting at 3:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. You’ll receive the access information before your arrival.
Maximum of four guests. Smoking, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers are not permitted. No pets, parties, or fireworks. Please be considerate of the neighbors and observe quiet hours.
Clothes racks may only be used inside the booked apartment. Please leave your trash in the apartment upon departure; it will be disposed of during cleaning. For longer stays, please contact us to arrange for trash pickup.
There are no parking spaces directly at the property. Please use only the free public parking spaces nearby.
