Charming stone house of 30 m², renovated in a surf & seaside spirit. Warm atmosphere and neat decoration.
Located in the heart of the village of La Terrière, on the edge of the forest, a 15-minute walk from La Terrière beach, a famous surfing spot.
100 meters away: Chez Luc bakery and café for your breaks after the beach.
An ideal cocoon to enjoy the ocean, the cycle paths and the Vendée way of life.
The accommodation
Interior space:
Large main room of 25 m², bright and welcoming comprising:
- A lounge area with sofa;
- A sleeping area with double bed (140x190 cm);
- An equipped kitchen: double induction hob, microwave, kettle, high table and two bar stools to prepare and enjoy your meals.
Separate bathroom: Shower cubicle, sink with storage and towel warmer for more comfort, WC.
Equipment:
- Internet connection
- 40-inch HD TV
- Washing machine + mini drying rack
- Vacuum cleaner
- Possibility to hang your surfboards on inside and your bikes outside
- Blackout curtains to guarantee peaceful nights
- An outdoor table and 2 chairs to have lunch in the sun in the quiet of the cul-de-sac.

Self-check-in thanks to a secure key box; the code will be sent to you by message before your arrival.
