The Domizil Südwind 11 vacation rental is located in a quiet, nature-rich setting in Bernsteinbad Zempin on the island of Usedom. Situated right next to the coastal forest and just about 400 meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to the sea while still experiencing pleasant tranquility. From here, you can easily combine walks through the coastal forest, relaxing days at the beach, and bike rides along the Baltic Sea coast.
The approximately 70-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of the Haus Südwind complex, built in 2004, and is easily accessible by elevator. The open-concept living and dining area is practical and comfortably furnished, featuring a cozy couch, an armchair, a TV, and a dining table for four people. Large panoramic windows offer a magnificent view of the coastal forest all the way to the Baltic Sea while also providing plenty of natural light.
The open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all the essential utensils for self-catering. A special highlight is the sunny balcony with a beach chair, which is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom and invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh Baltic Sea air.
Two separate bedrooms are available for restful nights. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters, and the second with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters. Both rooms feature closets and blackout curtains. The spacious bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub.
To ensure a relaxing start to your vacation, basic essentials are provided. All beds are made upon your arrival, and plenty of towels are provided.
