At any time of day, the sight of the river invites you to slow down and savor every moment. From the garden, direct access leads to the banks of the Dordogne for a stroll, a fishing trip, or simply a relaxing moment by the water. A small stream also runs through the property, adding a touch of freshness and extra charm. A dock lets you fully appreciate the tranquility of the setting. The cottage offers all the comforts you need to enjoy a vacation with family or friends. The terrace will quickly become your favorite spot for al fresco dining, breakfasts overlooking the river, or balmy summer evenings. Its location is ideal for exploring the treasures of northern Lot and the Dordogne Valley. Just a few minutes away, you can visit the region’s most beautiful villages, explore the famous Padirac Chasm, admire the cliffs and the castle of Castelnau-Bretenoux, or stroll through the narrow streets of Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne and Carennac. Nature lovers will enjoy the many hiking trails, bike rides, canoe trips down the Dordogne, and gourmet markets for which this beautiful region is renowned. Whether you’re seeking peace and quiet, new discoveries, or the joys of nature, this vacation rental invites you to experience an authentic getaway along the river in a pristine setting where every day promises wonderful memories. The vacation rental is located along the road (in the village of Gintrac). You can park a car under the carport at the entrance to the cottage. Access to the cottage is also possible via the dock leading to the cottage’s garden. The garden is not fenced. Semi-covered “balcony” terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. From the terrace, access to the living room with a fireplace insert and a semi-open kitchen leading to a terrace (on the roadside). The hallway leads to three bedrooms: one on the road side with a 140-cm bed, one with two 90-cm beds, and the other (on the Dordogne side) with a 160-cm bed, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. A stream runs through the property, and there is access to the Dordogne River from the garden (please supervise children as the garden is not fenced). All-inclusive package.
