About this apartment rental
Experience spacious living in the 80 m² Boldevitz Manor: This duplex apartment accommodates up to 4 people across two floors. It features a cozy tiled stove, two bedrooms, a view of the park, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Includes a swimming lake and tennis courts. Just 20 minutes from the sea.
Welcome to Boldevitz Manor! Located in the historic side wings of our estate on the island of Rügen, this particularly spacious duplex apartment spans the first floor and the attic. With over 80 m² of living space, this home offers plenty of room for families or friends who want to enjoy the tranquility of the estate together.
The heart of the apartment is the inviting living room, where a traditional tiled stove provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere on cooler evenings. The apartment captivates with its airy feel and the view: No matter which window you look out of, your gaze always falls on our 11-hectare, historically protected landscape park. Take advantage of the expansive grounds for walks, take a refreshing dip in our on-site swimming lake, or play tennis on the courts located right on the property. Despite the idyllic tranquility, the Baltic Sea coast is only about a 20-minute drive away.
The manor house is part of Boldevitzer Rügenkaten, a vacation rental company with apartments in Katen and the Boldevitz Manor House in the heart of the island of Rügen, far away from the hustle and bustle.
